Part-time HR Operations Specialist 
 
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the external payroll provider, take ownership, execute and deliver a best in class payroll process (c.200 employees). Be the subject matter expert on all matters relating to payroll.
• Manage all benefits plans currently in place (updates, renewals and reviews).
• Be the first point of contact in providing advice and direction on policies and procedures and general employee queries on behalf of the HR Team.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements across all areas of HR Operations.
• Ensure accuracy in all data held in HR, update and maintain HR systems. Ensure strict compliance with data protection requirements.
• Responsible for a seamless on-boarding process for new employees
• Work collaboratively with other areas of HR as well as the wider organisation. This role requires liaising with HR colleagues and centres of expertise based regionally/globally.
• Support special projects (regional and global).
 
 
Experience required
• An experienced HR Operations professional who has worked in financial services and operated in a global, agile environment
• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of payroll and management of benefits plans
• Experience in working within a client facing HR environment
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience of owning/managing HR data ideally in a global HR system.
• Self-motivated and a teammate
• Always strives for delivery without compromising attention to detail
