My client, a leading provider of telecommunication solution is looking for a Project Test Coordinator to work on their largest UK project.

During the Mobilisation Phase key activities include but are not limited to:

* Working with Test Stream Leads to co-ordinate Testing schedules
* Supporting the Test Stage leads by co-ordinating resources and ensuring dependencies from other work streams are delivered as required to enable successful testing
* Attending Test meetings with the Customer, Partners, Suppliers, Other Suppliers, Internal Work Stream Project Managers and other stakeholders to record and subsequently co-ordinate and track actions.
* Pro-actively working to identify, record, track and update RAID & Lessons Learned logs for all test activities.
* Co-ordinating and communicating progress reporting for the test stages
* Co-ordinating and communicating planed activities and schedules to parties involved in test actives.
* Assisting with identification of dependencies and inputs from other work streams and tracking progress of related activities feeding into Testing.
* Supporting the Test Issues Manager with reporting on; identified Issues and rectification plan progress.
* Providing support to the Test Manager and Programme Manager in delivering compliance to the RACI
* Tracking of Test Programme deliverables and ensure timely submission of documentation and reporting deliverables.
* Support the Test Manager and Change Manager to work within the Change Control process on any 'out of scope' tasks and work packages identified.
* Work with Test Stream Leads to identify and plan system and people resources for scheduled Test activities.
* Arranging Test Readiness and Test Completion Reviews and supporting Test Leads in production of associated reports.
* Administering the use of the central Project documentation sharing repository (Huddle) for the purpose of ensuring test related items are available and up-to-date

Accountable for:
* Progress reports to the Programme Test Manager
* Maintaining an accurate RAID log records for each Test Stage
* Tracking plan progress and ensuring scheduled activities (1 month look ahead) have allocated resource and are being progressed inline with the DIP.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Required:
* Pro-active, with a 'hands-on', 'can do approach'.
* An excellent communicator with a natural ability to engage multiple parties within a complex stakeholder community.
* Pragmatic and able to find alternative strategies when the conventional / planned approach fails.
* A Higher Education Certificate equivalent and / or relevant Industry certifications.
* Minimum 5 years experience in an external customer facing Project Management.
* Prince2 Foundation Certification (or equivalent)
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Drive to proactively anticipate, manage and monitor issues.
* Successful at developing and managing relationships with peers and supervisors.
* Experienced in working to ISO Quality Standards.

Desirable:
* Prince2 Practitioner Certification
* Good understanding of test stages and related activities required during systems integration of large communication or IT systems.
* Experience in both waterfall and agile based approaches to systems development & test.
* Experience in delivery of projects into public sector clients / Government contracts.
* An understanding of Public Safety Communication System requirements.
