Our client is a leading Telecoms provider and currently looking for Commissions Manager to join their fast expanding team. You will need to have excellent Sales and commission reporting experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team whose administering and reporting sales commission, tracking sales results, monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Analyse data, communicate results, highlighting key issues/focus areas for management and make recommendations.
  • In conjunction with key stakeholders and business leaders, lead the annual sales compensation design process through implementation.
  • Develop annual Sales quotas and quota revisions as needed.
  • Deliver innovative sales incentive programs.
  • Review monthly sales commission data with business owners with appropriate analysis including forecasts versus budget.
  • Liaise with Finance and business partners to ensure any risks/ opportunities impacting sales commission or sales recognition are understood and addressed.
  • Understand the dynamics of the sales reporting cycle and apply that knowledge to provide business and financial support across the Sales organisation and become a trusted adviser to that team.
